Notary Public Service

We can offer a full notarial service.Our seal of office has been accepted by the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs for the purposes of the Hague Convention (1961) abolishing the requirements of legalisation for foreign public documents for those countries that are party to the Hague Convention.(“The Apostille”).

We provide the following services:

Requirements for a Notarisation

The Notary will require proof of identity and residential address and will normally accept an original passport, national identity card( EEA State members )or drivers licence as sufficient evidence of identity with a copy of a utility bill no more than three months old as sufficient evidence of address.

What does it cost?

An early indication of the costs can usually be given in advance but so that we can establish the charges please tell us the following:

1. What service you need – witnessing signatures, certifying copy documents, obtaining Apostille etc
2. The type of documents concerned – for instance is it a Power of Attorney that you need witnessing
3. Who is signing or presenting the documents – are they personal papers or for a Company?
4. How many documents are there?
5. Which country they are to go to.
